Hello, I'm Molly 

 

 

​I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and kind space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts and find new ways forward. I can help you to think about, not only the difficulty that has brought you to therapy, but also some of the deeper, underlying stresses. This might include how we have been shaped by our past, in good ways and bad.  Equally, therapy is just as individual as you are. Thinking about how the past impacts the present might not always be a helpful way of working together.

Above all, I believe the therapist and client relationship is most important for the therapeutic process. I work in a caring, empathetic, and genuine way, attending to your feelings, thoughts, and body.
